The Relocation Process
A Relocation Counselor will contact you and get all the information on your move, and housing requirements. Your Relocation Counselor, with your needs in mind, will connect you with an agent that can best suit all your housing requirements.
After you are assigned a Welles Bowen agent to assist you and are ready to start looking for a home in Northwest Ohio, your Welles Bowen agent will then make an appointment with you to first tour our area. Once you decide which area best suits your housing, family and personal requirements, your agent will make an appointment to view homes for sale.
Your Welles Bowen Relocation Counselor will keep in constant contact with your assigned Welles Bowen agent to make sure that you are continuing along smoothly with the moving process. If you have any problems, your Relocation Counselor is available to handle any of your concerns.
